• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 5pm, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• Orders placed before 5pm will be processed the same business day
• Expedited shipping only applies to business days
• During new product launches, major sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number.
3. Include photos of:
   • The damaged item(s)
   • The shipping box
   • The shipping label

We'll review your claim and work quickly to replace the damaged item or provide another appropriate solution.
